1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of the Presidential personnel reserve of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of forming of the Presidential personnel reserve of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of the Presidential personnel reserve of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) determine special procedure for selection, transfer of employees and military personnel of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – employees) in the Presidential personnel reserve of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Presidential personnel reserve), their preparation and exception of it.

2. Presidential personnel reserve – the list of the employees who passed the special procedure for selection provided by these rules for promotion on vacant higher executive positions of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The purpose of forming of the Presidential personnel reserve – creation of professional personnel structure by means of high-quality employee screening and their preparation for occupation of vacant higher executive positions in special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
