1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358 "About Enhancement of System of Republican State Bodies":

to declare Item 1 of the Section II invalid;

add the Section III with Items 9-10 of the following content:

"9. Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10. Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

add the Section IV with Item 5 of the following content:
