About modification of the Instruction about procedure for registration and maintaining personal records of receivers of all types of the public assistance

According to Item 47 of the Procedure for the appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751, to the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration and maintaining personal records of receivers of all types of the public assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of September 19, 2006 No. 345, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 06, 2006 for No. 1098/12972 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of July 22, 2003 No. 204 "About approval of form of the Declaration on the income and property condition of faces which addressed for purpose of all types of the public assistance, and the certificate of family composition or persons registered in the residential room / house", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 13, 2003 for No. 709/8030.

3. To provide to management of family and social support of the population (V. Muzychenko) submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister L. Popova.

Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration and maintaining personal records of receivers of all types of the public assistance

1. In Chapter 1:

1) in Item 1.1:
