About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 6, 2019 No. 916

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In paragraph one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of use of natural resources of the nation-wide value approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1992 No. 459 (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 9, Art. 217; 1994, No. 8, Art. 209; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 22, Art. 1635; 2017, No. 88, the Art. 2701) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

2. In the text of the Regulations on monitoring of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 1993 No. 661 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 1, Art. 5; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 69, of the Art. 2397) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

3. In the text of the Regulations on procedure for certification of the tractor operator-driver approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 1994 No. 217 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, Art. 187; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 28, Art. 938, No. 92, Art. 3115; 2010, No. 74, the Art. 2625) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

4. In the Regulations on representatives in cases of intellectual property (patent agents) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1994 No. 545 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, Art. 278; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 35, Art. 95; 2018, No. 1, Art. 14):

"The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words 1) in the second offer of paragraph one of Item 18 and the first offer of Item 19 of the word "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

The second Item 25 of the word "To the first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph to "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

  The word of Ministry of Economic Development to replace 3) in the text of the Provision with the word of Ministry of Economics;

4) in appendices to the Provision:

in appendix of 1 word "To the first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words to "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

in   appendices 2 and 3 of the word "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" and "The First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine — the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" in all cases to replace respectively with the words "Ministry of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry of Ukraine" and "Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry" in the corresponding case.

5. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the Regulations on pioneers of mineral deposits approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 1, 1995 No. 80 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 102; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 40, of the Art. 1426) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

6. In paragraph one of Item 5 of the Procedure for receipt of the admission (certificate) on the right of the work connected with transportation, storage, application and trade in pesticides and agrochemicals, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 18, 1995 No. 746 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 38; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 3, of the Art. 82) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

7. In Item 6 of the Procedure for the state accounting of the availability and use of pesticides and agrochemicals approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 2, 1995 No. 881 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 3, Art. 90; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 61, of the Art. 2439) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

8. In the text of the Procedure for providing the bodies exercising the state control of use of pesticides and agrochemicals, standard samples of pesticides and agrochemicals, techniques of the determination of their residual quantities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1996 No. 228 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 7, Art. 226; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, of the Art. 2156) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

9. In paragraphs the second and fourth Item 5 of the Procedure for provision of the import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals used for carrying out the state testing and scientific research, and also the seed (landing) material processed by them approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 No. 288 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 250; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, of the Art. 2271) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

10. In the text of the Procedure for carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals resolved to use in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 4, 1996 No. 295 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 253; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, of the Art. 2156) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

11. In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 96, Art. 3874; 2014, No. 59, Art. 1604):

Paragraph one of Item 9-1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"9-1. The Ministry of Economics in coordination with the Ministry of Finance establishes:";

  The word of Ministry of Economic Development to replace 2) in the text of appendix with the word of Ministry of Economics.

In the note to the List of seasonal works and seasonal industries approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 1997 No. 278 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 14, Art. 18; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

In Item 5 of the Procedure for application of the Activity list, professions and positions of workers of wood industry and forestry, national parks, the national parks having the forest areas, lesookhotnichy farms, permanent logging and forestry and landscape divisions of other companies, and also forest areas to which annual main leave lasting 28 calendar days, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 9, 1997 is granted to No. 570 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 78; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

14. In the paragraph the twentieth Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting examination in industry of the state export control approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 767 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 29, Art. 70; 2003, No. 34, Art. 1827; 2008, No. 91, Art. 3026; 2012, No. 85, the Art. 3463) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

15. In the text of the Procedure for maintaining the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 1997 No. 1069 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 40, Art. 24; 2011, No. 93, the Art. 3374) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

16. According to the procedure of forming, placement and carrying out transactions with material values of the state reserve, No. 1129 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1997 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 41, Art. 60; 2003, No. 32, Art. 1704; 2012, No. 52, Art. 2084):

 To exclude 1) in Item 18-1 of the word "and Minagropolitiki";

2)  Item 19-1 in paragraph one the word "Minagropolitiki" to exclude;

  The word of Ministry of Economic Development to replace 3) in the text of the Procedure with the word of Ministry of Economics.

17. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1997 No. 1442 "About approval of Rules of retail trade by oil products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 2, Art. 51; 2009, No. 17, Art. 516; 2012, No. 11, Art. 403):

To "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

 The second Item 10 of the Rules approved by the specified resolution the word of Ministry of Economic Development to replace 2) in the paragraph with the word of Ministry of Economics.

18. In the text of the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 13, Art. 495; 2001, No. 21, Art. 933; 2013, No. 82, the Art. 3041) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

19. In the text of the Regulations on procedure for provision to subjects of managing of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 1998 No. 838 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 839; 2014, No. 3, Art. 53; 2018, No. 80, the Art. 2660) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

20. In the text of the Regulations on boundary regime approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1998 No. 1147 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 30, Art. 1127; 2010, No. 94, Art. 3340; 2016, No. 12, Art. 512; 2017, No. 50, the Art. 1553) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

21. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 21, 1998 No. 1482 "About transfer of objects of the right of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 38, Art. 1405; 2007, No. 73, Art. 2716; 2016, No. 68, Art. 2290):

 The word of Ministry of Economic Development to replace 1) in the text of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of the right of state-owned property approved by the specified resolution with the word of Ministry of Economics;

2) in the text of the Procedure for representation and consideration of offers concerning transfer of objects from utility in state-owned property and educations and works of the commission on questions of transfer of objects to state-owned property, approved by the specified resolution to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

22. In paragraph seven of Item 3 of the Procedure of coordination of activities of executive bodies and local government bodies concerning the observance of the modes on frontier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 1999 No. 48 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 3, Art. 94), to replace the word Minagroprom with the word of Ministry of Economics.

23. In the text of the Procedure for forming of the state order on preparation and advanced training of employees of public authorities, local government bodies and bodies of the military management of Armed Forces approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 1999 No. 1262 "About financial provision of preparation and advanced training of employees of public authorities, local government bodies and bodies of military management of Armed Forces" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 1475; 2002, No. 47, Art. 2137; 2004, No. 50, Art. 3283; 2012, No. 28, Art. 1047; 2015, No. 40, Art. 1218; 2016, No. 7, Art. 347; 2017, No. 50, Art. 1557; 2018, No. 52, the Art. 1829) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word of Ministry of Economics.

24. In the text of the Regulations on procedure for receipt, storage, use and material accounting of the State kartografo-geodetic fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 1999 No. 1344 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 30, Art. 1528; 2012, No. 20, the Art. 759) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.
