About some questions connected with the state infrastructure of electronic control
For the purpose of implementation of articles 6 and 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electronic control", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Rules of maintaining the register of the state infrastructure of electronic control, including the rule of inclusion of elements of infrastructure in the register and their exceptions of the register, according to appendix.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 03.03.2023 No. 115
3. To state bodies, local government bodies (under approval), to their subordinated divisions, organizations, the companies and the organizations to introduce in the State committee of information technologies and bonds of the Kyrgyz Republic the list of the elements of the state infrastructure of electronic control put into operation before entry into force of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electronic control" in a month.
4. To the state committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time:
