About modification of Rules of calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2017 No. 255 "About calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 11, the Art. 1572).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2020.

Changes which are made to Rules of calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment

1. In Item 26:

a) the words "program of increase in ecological efficiency, and also expenses on implementation of actions for ensuring use and utilization of associated petroleum gas" shall be replaced with words "the program of increase in ecological efficiency";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Expenses on implementation of actions on ensuring useful use of associated petroleum gas are considered by persons obliged to bring payment in case of measure calculation of covering of costs for projects implementation on useful use of associated petroleum gas according to the resolution No. 1148.".

2. In Item 29:
