1. According to the procedure of conducting check of reliability of data concerning application of the prohibitions provided by parts three and the fourth article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About clarification of the power", No. 563 "Some questions of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On clarification of the power approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 85, Art. 2412; 2015, No. 28, Art. 809):

To exclude 1) in the text of the Procedure for the word "with own hand written";
