About approval of Changes in the Code of systems of distribution

According to the laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Code of systems of distribution approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 310, which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of January 21, 2006 No. 47 "About approval of Rules of accession of cogeneration installations to power networks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 6, 2006 for No. 97/11971.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper, except the Section VII of Changes in the Code of systems of distribution which becomes effective in three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Changes in the Code of systems of distribution

I. To state Item 1.1 of the Section I in the following edition:

"1.1. This Code determines requirements and rules which regulate relations of operators of systems of distribution (further - OSR), of the operator of system of transfer (further - SMALLPOX), users of system of distribution (further - Users) and customers of services in accession of rather operational and technological management by system of distribution, its development and operation, ensuring access and accession of electroinstallations.".

II. In Item 2.1 of the Section II:

1. Add after the paragraph of the twentieth with the new paragraph the twenty first the following content:

"3.4.2. In case of development of actions and drafts of the Development plan for systems of distribution of OSR shall provide coordination with the Development plan for system of transfer the next 10 years and receive the corresponding written conclusion from SMALLPOX.

SMALLPOX shall perform the analysis of the development plans for systems of distribution received from OCP projects the next 5 years concerning parts of these plans relating to development of power networks 110 (150) kV, on compliance of the Plan and to provide conclusion OSR (with reasonable offers and notes concerning need of adjustment in case of discrepancy) within 20 working days from their date of receipt from OSR.".

3. Add Item 3.7.16 of Chapter 3.7 with the new paragraph of such content:

"For assessment of the current and long-term operating modes of the integrated power system of Ukraine measurements of electric loadings according to the current legislation are twice a year carried out.".
