About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 139

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 139 "About approval of the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 683; 2018, No. 42, Art. 1509, No. 70, Art. 2376; 2019, No. 53, the Art. 1843) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 1 - the 8th Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2020.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 139

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry".

2. In appendix 3 of the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment approved by the specified resolution:

1) in the column "Sphere and Term of Application":

"till July 21, 2021 - for the electric and electronic equipment which belongs to the categories 1 - 7 and 10, determined in appendix 1

till July 21, 2021 - for the electric and electronic equipment which belongs to the categories 8 and 9, determined in appendix 1 (except medical products for diagnostics of in vitro and industrial devices intended for monitoring and control)
