About approval of the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment which is attached.
2. To provide to the ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry implementation of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. No. 557 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Office to the Minister of Ukraine of 26.06.2019.
4. No. 143 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.02.2018.
5. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2008 No. 1057 "About approval of the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 94, the Art. 3109).
6. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of publication.
