1. Approve the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment and the plan died on its application for 2009-2011 which is applied.
2. Determine the Ministry of industrial policy responsible for application of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.

General provisions
1. This Technical regulation, is developed taking into account the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2002/95/EU of January 27, 2003, determines requirements to use of certain dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment.
2. Action of this Technical regulation extends to the electric and electronic equipment which is included into the list given in appendix 1, and does not extend to the electric and electronic equipment introduced into circulation to the introduction to action of this Technical regulation, and spare parts to it.
