Based on the paragraph of the sixth subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 No. 344-Z "About insurance activity", parts one of subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2001 No. 1846 "About some questions of production and use of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish forms:

1-SU "The receipt on acceptance of cash (insurance premiums)" according to appendix 1;

To 1-SU "The receipt on acceptance of cash" according to appendix 2.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for production, fillings and uses of receipts on acceptance of cash it (is applied).

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of 16.12.2024 No. 72

4. Determine that the forms of receipts on acceptance of cash made by the orders placed before entry into force of this resolution are valid before their complete use.

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
