Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of accounting, storage, assessment of the seized and other property which carries over the state, and the order it, No. 1340 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, of Art. 1280; 2001, No. 52, Art. 2345; 2012, No. 11, Art. 401, No. 49, Art. 1925; 2016, No. 91, Art. 2967):

1) in Item 1:

in subitem 1 of the word "the property withdrawn by GFS customs concerning which the judgment about confiscation is passed" shall be replaced with words "the property seized based on the judgment and transferred to bodies of the public executive service";
