About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 865

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 865 "About approval of the Payment procedure of works and services in evaluating compliance of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment to requirements of technical regulations, checkings of the specified means which are in operation and cost determinations of such works and services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 88, the Art. 2942) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of the subitem 10 of Item 13 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of June 6, 2019 No. 2740-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of acts of the European Union law in the field of technical regulation", but not earlier than day of its publication.
