1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 1997 No. 1287 "About state registration of printing mass media, news agencies and the amount of registration fees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 47, Art. 46; 2011, No. 45, of the Art. 1850) of the word "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "territorial authorities of Ministry of Justice".
2. In the paragraph the second Item 7 of the Procedure for consideration of the applications on change of name (surname, own name, middle name) the physical person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 915 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 52, Art. 2115; 2016, No. 90, the Art. 2938), words "department of state registration of acts of civil status of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Head department of justice in the area, Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "the relevant department of state registration of acts of civil status".
