About approval of samples of the documents confirming the rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to privileges

For the purpose of reduction of the documents confirming the rights of citizens to privileges and guarantees in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve descriptions and samples:

- certificates of the participant of the Great Patriotic War (appendix No. 1);

- certificates of the disabled veteran (appendix No. 2);

- certificates of the right to privileges (appendix No. 3);

- certificates of the right to privileges (appendix No. 4);

- certificates of the participant of liquidation of the Chernobyl accident (appendix No. 5).

2. To make replacement of preferential certificates without fail without collection of cost of forms of certificates.

3. Resolve the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic order placement on production of the preferential certificates approved by Item 1 of this resolution, and their production at the expense of the special means of the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic received from their realization, according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, state commissions, local public administrations and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring samples of the documents approved by Item 1 of this resolution to the structural divisions.
