Bring in the State program of increase in level of traffic safety in Ukraine for the period till 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 No. 435 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 48, Art. 1659; 2019, No. 34, the Art. 1209, No. 59, the Art. 2028), changes which are applied.
