About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2020 "About structure of federal executive bodies" the Government of the Russian Federation decides No. 21:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Registration Service:

make in accordance with the established procedure offers on introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of this resolution;

within 6 months to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
