Some questions of realization of the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees for 2020

According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees in 2020 are implemented by National service of health:

for primary medical care using rates and adjusting factors according to the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, from January 1 to December 31, 2020;

for cost recovery of medicines according to the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2017 No. 152 "About ensuring availability of medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 26, Art. 749; 2019, No. 21, the Art. 716), - from January 1 to December 31, 2020;
