1. In paragraph five of Item 2 of the Procedure for debt repayment on the judgments which accomplishment is guaranteed by the state, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 3, 2014 to No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 75, Art. 2129; 2016, No. 82, of the Art. 2707), the words "management of public service of the head territorial administrations of justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "management of ensuring forced execution of solutions of interregional managements of Ministry of Justice, Management of ensuring forced execution of decisions in the city of Kiev of Department of the public executive service of Ministry of Justice".
2. Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 8, 2016 No. 620 "About establishment of number of employees of bodies of the public executive service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 73, Art. 2468; 2017, 70, the Art. 2113) after the word "constitutes" No. to add with the words "no more".
