Some questions of activities of the State agency of sport
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State agency of sport of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture, youth and sport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2019 No. 885 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 88, the Art. 2942), changes which are applied.
3. To the Ministry of Culture, youth and sport to prepare and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the offer concerning introduction of amendments to the acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine following from this resolution in a month.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Items 1 and 2 of this resolution which become effective since April 1, 2020.
