Some questions of the State agency of sport and State agency of development of youth and civil society

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the State agency of sport and the State agency of development of youth and civil society.

2. Determine that statement term creditors of the requirements constitutes one month.

3. Form the commissions on liquidation of the State agency of sport and the State agency of development of youth and civil society.

Approve as the commission chairman on liquidation of the State agency of sport and the commission on liquidation of the State agency of development of youth and civil society of the director of the department of economy and finance in the field of sport of the Ministry of Culture, youth and sport Yury Leonidovich's Music.

4. To the chairman of the commissions:

approve their members;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the State agency of sport and the State agency of development of youth and civil society;

inform in two-month time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

5. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2020, No. 12, the Art. 497) and of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 74, Art. 2105; 2019, No. 86, the Art. 2898, No. 98, the Art. 3281) changes which are applied.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
