The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for compensation to employers of part of the actual expenses connected with payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance, No. 153 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 21, Art. 706; 2018, No. 49, Art. 1711), following changes:
in paragraph three of Item 6 of the word "Public service of employment (Central office) (further - Central office)" shall be replaced with words "The state jobcenter";
in the text of the Procedure:
words "Central office" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The state jobcenter" in the corresponding case;
replace the word "Minsotspolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics;
in appendix to the Procedure for the word "territorial authority of the Pension fund of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "jobcenter".
