1. This Procedure determines conditions, the payment mechanism regional, Kiev city, city, district and district jobcenters (further - jobcenters) compensations to the employer of actual expenses in the amount of 50 percent of the amount of the assessed single contribution on obligatory national social insurance for each person employed on new workplace (further - compensation), at the expense of the means of the government budget provided in the budget of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case (further - Fund).
