Article 1

Article 34 of the Federal Law of November 8, 2007 No. 259-FZ "Charter of road transport and urban land electric transportation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 46, Art. 5555; No. 25, the Art. 3268) to add 2012, with part 19 of the following content:

"19. The carrier according to Article 932 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation has the right to insure risk of the responsibility for violation of the transportation agreement of load.".

Article 2

Article 3 of the Federal Law of June 30, 2003 No. 87-FZ "About forwarding activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 27, Art. 2701; No. 28, the Art. 4558) to add 2016, with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. The freight forwarder according to Article 932 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation has the right to insure risk of the responsibility for violation of the freight forwarding agreement.".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
