1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 386 "About approval of the Regulations on the official ID of the prosecutor of Ukraine and sample of such certificate" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 38, the Art. 1419);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 2, 2015 No. 1008 "About renewal of operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 386" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 98, the Art. 3362).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 8 (regarding regional, district prosecutor's offices) the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of the beginning of work of regional, district prosecutor's offices.
