This resolution becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on recognition No. 1949-XII which voided Resolutions of Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of December 9, 1991 "About approval of the Regulations on the certificate of the official of bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine and the description of this certificate".
