1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering some state services in the social and labor sphere for emergency state and restrictive actions.

2. To provide to department of the analysis and development of the state services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) finishing this order to regional, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent of managements of coordination of employment and social programs, territorial subdivisions of Committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens, Center of Development of Manpower joint-stock company and State Social Insurance Fund joint-stock company state corporation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukushev N. N.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
