About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2781; 2017, No. 41, Art. 1288; 2018, No. 75, Art. 2514; 2019, No. 7, the Art. 212, No. 90, the Art. 3000), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 35 to state 1) in the following edition:

"35) is provided by normative legal regulation of the relations in the field of military standardization;";

2) to add Item with subitems 35-1 and 35-2 of the following content:

"35-1) establishes procedure for development, acceptance, modification, cancellation, renewal of action, promulgation, introduction and application of military standards;

35-2) determines body of military standardization from among the subordinate Ministry of Defence of bodies of military management;".

2. Add Item 10 with subitem 19-1 of the following content:

"19-1) appoints to position and dismisses heads of the companies, organizations, the organizations belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Defence makes the decision concerning their encouragement and attraction to disciplinary responsibility;".
