According to subitems 2) and 3) of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2020 "About introduction of emergency state in the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER to No. 285:

1. Approve the enclosed Recommendation about functioning of objects of trade for action of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2020 No. 285 "About introduction of emergency state in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Recommendation).

2. To department of domestic trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this joint order to the attention of akimats of areas, cities of Almaty, Hyp-Sultan, Shymkent and to provide monitoring of execution of the Recommendation.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective from the date of signing.
