About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045 "Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 148, No. 82, Art. 2508; 2018, No. 18, Art. 604; 2019, No. 70, the Art. 2453) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2020.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1045

1. In the resolution:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "higher educational institutions" "institutions of professional prehigher and higher education";

2) in Item 2:

in the paragraph the second words and figures "since January 1, 2017 higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "institutions of vocational prehigher and higher education (further - education institutions)";
