1) to suspend issue of import permits of goods, veterinary and phytosanitary certificates on the goods specified in appendix 1 to this order;

2) to perform issue of import permits of goods, veterinary and phytosanitary certificates on the goods specified in appendix 2 to this order according to Rules.

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform customs clearance of the goods specified in appendix 2 to this order only in the presence of phytosanitary and (or) veterinary certificates (depending on submission to control of goods.";

The inventory which export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is prohibited, approved by the specified order, to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;
