About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380 and of June 8, 2016 No. 369

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380 "About licensing of educational services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, Art. 1946; 2012, No. 65, Art. 2662; 2014, No. 75, the Art. 2134) and of June 8, 2016 No. 369 "About statement of structure of the Accreditation commission" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 47, the Art. 1705, No. 101, Art. 3313; 2019, No. 4, the Art. 117) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380 and of June 8, 2016 No. 369

1. In the Regulations on the Accreditation commission approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380:

 Paragraph one of Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. Representatives of MON, others central and local executive bodies (in coordination with their heads), organizations of the higher and professional (professional) education irrespective of pattern of ownership are part of the Accreditation commission.";

 Item 14 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of equal distribution of voices of members of the Accreditation commission the chairman's voice at meeting is decisive.".

2.  To state appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 to No. 369 in the following edition:
