1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since May 23, 2020.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies (further if other is not established, - the Register).
2. For the purposes of this Instruction the Register is understood as the list of the business entities rendering the services relating according to article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About natural monopolies" to spheres of natural monopolies.
