About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for heaters of rooms and the combined heaters (Extraction)
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for heaters of rooms and the combined heaters which is applied to the original.
2. To provide to the state agency on energy efficiency and energy saving implementation of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 2008 No. 748 "About approval of the Technical regulation of the boilers using liquid or gaseous fuel" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 65, the Art. 2189) and of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 "About approval of the list of types of products by which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, the Art. 1550) changes which are applied.
4. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication, except subitems 1, of the 5 and 9 Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in two years from the effective date of this resolution.
