According to Item of 31 part one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", I ORDER to the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision of the conclusions and approval of export and temporary export of military goods and double use which belong to cryptographic systems to means of cryptographic and technical information security or contain in the structure such means, No. approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of March 11, 2011 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 1, 2011 for No. 437/19175, which are applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
