RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About optimization of bodies of the state architectural construction supervision and supervision

(as amended on 28-02-2023)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form:

The state inspection of town planning of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of development of communities and the territories and which realizes state policy concerning the state architectural construction supervision and supervision;

The paragraph third is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.12.2020 No. 1340

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.12.2020 No. 1340

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.12.2020 No. 1339

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. Determine that ensuring activities of the State inspection of town planning in 2020 is performed in the expense limits provided the State architectural and construction inspection.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

7. No. 1340 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.12.2020
