1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of recognition and nostrification of education documents

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of recognition and nostrification of education documents (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 21) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education", according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for recognition and (or) nostrification of documents on the main average, general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary, higher and postgraduate education of the physical persons who got education in other states and in the international or foreign educational institutions (their branches).

2. In Rules the following concepts are used:

1) nostrification of education documents - the procedure which is carried out for the purpose of determination of equivalence of the documents issued to persons who got education in other states, in the international or foreign educational institutions (their branches);

2) recognition of education documents is official confirmation of the importance of foreign educational qualification by authorized body.

Recognition and (or) nostrification of education documents are performed in relation to physical persons (further - uslugopoluchatel).

3. Recognition and (or) nostrification of education documents are regulated according to international treaties concerning recognition and equivalence of education documents, effectual in law in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the international agreements on mutual recognition and equivalence), the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" and these rules.

4. The decision on recognition and nostrification of the education document is accepted by the service provider.

5. The service provider provides entering of data on stage of rendering the state service into information system of monitoring of rendering the state services according to the procedure, according to the subitem 11) of Item 2 of article 5 of the Law.
