Bring in the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2288; 2015, No. 28, Art. 812, No. 40, Art. 1218, No. 80, Art. 2670; 2017, No. 13, Art. 364; 2018, No. 52, Art. 1829; 2019, No. 55, the Art. 1918, No. 96, the Art. 3179), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service

1. In item 4:

Subitem 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8) will promulgate on the NAGS official website the generalized explanations concerning application of the Laws of Ukraine "About public service", "About service in local government bodies" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of public service and service in local government bodies;";

2) to add Item with subitem 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) performs consideration of addresses, requests for information of public authorities, local government bodies, companies, organizations, organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership, the concerning applications of the Laws of Ukraine "About public service", "About service in local government bodies" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of public service and service in local government bodies, provides on them the generalized answers, except those, requirements to procedure for consideration and provision of the answer to which are determined by the law;";
