Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 8 of the Procedure for provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with person with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance which according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution requires permanent foreign care, on care of it, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 2, 2000 No. 1192 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 31, of Art. 1314; 2004, No. 12, Art. 745; 2015, No. 33, Art. 967; 2018, No. 62, Art. 2144; 2019, No. 70, the Art. 2453), after the paragraph of the eighth to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"For confirmation of data on the death of persons with disability of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance or receivers of the help data from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens which are transferred to Minsotspolitiki by the automated exchange of electronic data between information resources of Ministry of Justice and Minsotspolitiki through system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation are used.".
