PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

"About modification of some Decrees and Orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some measures connected with enhancement of management in the field of transport, communication and high technologies in the Azerbaijan Republic" of January 12, 2018 No. 1785

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I DECIDE:

1. In parts 3 and 4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of State commission of the Azerbaijan Republic on radio frequencies" of August 15, 1996 No. 484 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 11, Article 969; No. 1, Article 51) the word "communications" shall be replaced with words 2017, "transport, communication and high technologies", regarding 4 words", Services of state security of the Azerbaijan Republic and Public administration of civil aviation of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "and Services of state security of the Azerbaijan Republic".
