3. To the Ministry of Finance and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
a) in a month to carry out inventory count of the paid financial sanctions applied after December 31, 2018 for the overdue receivables arising in relations with partners (further - the paid financial sanctions), to the organizations from shares of the state in the authorized capital less than 50 percent;
b) following the results of inventory count:
in a month to provide return of the amounts of the paid financial sanctions applied by the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the organizations from shares of the state in the authorized capital less than 50 percent;
in two weeks to submit to the relevant courts applications for cancellation of decisions of the courts for application of financial sanctions for the overdue receivables arising in relations with partners, to the organizations from shares of the state in the authorized capital less than 50 percent.
4. To the ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
