In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 26, 2019 No. UP-5883 "About Measures for Enhancement of Water Resources Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Improvement of Quality and Reliability of Providing the Population with Drinking Water" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 26, 2019 No. PP-4536 "About further enhancement of water supply system of the republic" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov and the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. H. Saliyev.
