About further measures for implementation of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities"

For the purpose of ensuring industrial safety of hazardous production facilities, "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" the Cabinet of Ministers decides establishments of accounting treatment and maintaining the state register of hazardous production facilities, and also implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Approve:

Regulations on accounting treatment and maintaining the state register of hazardous production facilities according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for the organization and implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety on hazardous production facilities according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to heads of bodies of the public and economic board, executive bodies on places strict observance by their subordinated organizations of requirements of the provisions approved by this resolution.

3. To the state committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts and regulating documents adopted by them in the field of technical regulation into compliance with this resolution in a month.

4. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. V. Gulyamov.
