About additional measures for support of owners of garden plots and employment of the population

For the purpose of the organization new and extensions of the existing projects in agricultural industry, service industry and other industries, creating favorable conditions for effective and rational use of the parcels of land by owners of garden plots, stimulation of business activity and entrepreneurial initiatives of the population, and also employment of socially vulnerable layers:

1. Take into consideration that at the expense of Anti-recessionary fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the State fund of assistance of employment funds in the amount of 50 billion sum for financing of increase in efficiency of the home parcels of land, and also allocation of subsidies to jobless, needy and poor families are allocated for payment of membership fees in agricultural cooperatives.

2. Since May 20, 2020 to establish procedure according to which by fund of attraction of the population to entrepreneurship under work Agency махаллабай and to development of entrepreneurship subsidies in the following sizes are allocated:

a) based on the tripartite agreements signed between the center of assistance of employment of the population, supply agencies and owners of garden plots:

up to the 30-fold basic settlement size - on installation of greenhouses of easy design;

up to the 10-fold basic settlement size - on acquisition of means of irrigation;

up to the 3-fold basic settlement size - on purchase of seeds and saplings;

b) up to the 15-fold basic settlement size - for introduction as contribution to authorized capital of agricultural cooperatives. At the same time:

agricultural cooperatives are created in fish breeding, rabbit breeding, poultry farming, beekeeping, fruit-and-vegetable growing, wine growing, sewing case, workmanship and other leading spheres, including construction and repair;
