Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2781; 2019, No. 7, the Art. 212), changes which are applied.

1. To state the subitem 5 of item 4 in the following edition:
"5) takes part in carrying out the analysis of military-political situation, forecasting, identification and determination of level of military threat of homeland security of Ukraine;".
2. To state the subitem 9 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"9) is provided in accordance with the established procedure by self-representative office of the Ministry of Defence in courts and other bodies through persons, representatives to be effective from his name, including through official (office) persons of legal service of the Ministry of Defence or other authorized persons, and also provides representation of interests of the Ministry of Defence in courts and other bodies through representatives.".
