About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 15, 2017 No. 1372

1. In the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 15, 2017 No. 1372 "About approval of the Procedure for the conclusion and accomplishment of the framework agreements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 9, 2017 for No. 1236/31104:

Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of Features of purchases according to the framework agreements and their conclusions";

2) in Item 1 of the word "Procedure for the Conclusion and Accomplishment of the Framework Agreements (Further — the Procedure) Which Is Applied" shall be replaced with words "Features of purchases according to the framework agreements and their conclusions (further - Features) which are attached";

Item 2 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2. Determine that provisions of the Section IX of Features are applied since January 1, 2023.";

Shall be replaced with words 4) in item 4 of the word "according to the Procedure" "according to features".

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the conclusion and accomplishment of the framework agreements approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 15, 2017 No. 1372, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 9, 2017 for No. 1236/31104, which are applied.
