For the purpose of enhancement of mechanisms of social protection of children in the conditions of fight against effects of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and the prevention of hit of children in organizations which perform institutional leaving and education of children the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of children on the round-the-clock stay in organizations, irrespective of type, pattern of ownership and subordination which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To the ministry of social policy, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health till January 1, 2021:

bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;

4. No. 843 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.08.2021

5. To the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district public administrations:
