About modification of the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1925; 2017, No. 86, Art. 2611) which are attached.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 1 and 5 of Item 1 and Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with entry into force of Items 19, of 21, of 30, of 32, of the 46 and 57 Section I of the Law of Ukraine of September 20, 2019 No. 124-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About standardization".

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) in the paragraph the second subitem 7 the word"," to exclude standards;

Subitem 15 to state 3) in the following edition:

"15) approves diagnostic reference levels in the procedure established by the legislation;";

The word "populations" to exclude 4) in subitem 26;
