The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of industrial safety and the state mountain supervision, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Repeal the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of industrial safety and the state mountain supervision, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. Recognize the Instruction for observations of deformations of boards, slopes of ledges and dumps on pits and the development of actions for ensuring their stability approved by the State committee on supervision of safe operation in the industry and to mountain supervision under Council of Ministers of the USSR on July 21, 1970 which is not operating in the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
